The Edio Miranda’s coffee story begun in 1947 when ‘Sitio Santo Antonio do Prado’ an estate of 28 hectares was acquired by Edio Miranda and his wife.
The farm is located in a privileged area of the national park (Parque Estadual da Serra do Brigadeiro) surrounded by waterfalls and beautiful mountain views at higher altitudes with an ideal climate.
I am pleased to introduce you to this unique lot which I personally hand-selected during my visit on their farm where picking is done only manually.
The honey process of Edio Miranda’s coffee is a true example of authentic production resulting in great quality coffee.
